You have written a very intriguing post, I myself am not weak in making my decisions, I have read the boards extensively as you recommended I should.
I've seen a lot of facts after checking myself, and a lot of BS also. Agree there is risk in any investment, but every company needs new investors to grow and be a viable business. I have no ulterior motives to post here.
I do have information that has never been posted. The OTC Pink Market is new for me.
This isn't impressive for the CEO of 22+ years.
No one knows if UNVC will be up-listed or any business formation will take place other than what is.
