Why is Solray website publishing live in the public domain and advertising very boldly on its homepage “Best Quality Solar Panels “?
Let’s start there.
Best compared to GEP new energy Vietnam solar panels for which Snpw (same ceo) has an existing 2 year exclusive U.S. sales and distribution agreement as of June 2023 (tweet/filing)
Best compared to PT.IDN solar tech for which Snpw/Spp supposedly has an agreement with to build a Spp solar panel brand and labeled ad of January 2022 (tweet/filing)?
Come on! Stop deflecting and answer the questions so we can make sense of the ceo’s blatant tortuous interference over the past 12 months. This being supported by no disclosures filed relating to a competing entity set up by the same ceo and assigned himself as Solray ceo. Showing total disregard for a lack of fiduciary duties by not disclosing as if it’s some game of whack a mole.
Someone got caught and had to put the stops on. Thus the bug enigma about what and when to file or try to file an audited filing with the SEC before potential SEC comment letters are filed. Or maybe the ceo can tweet they have NOT received any comment letters from the SEC to clear that question. lol
in my opinion
cheers
