This post wasn't liked yesterday???
As I understand the UNCV Conglomerate board is for discussion-providing info on the company and CEO who controls it.
Mr. Dalton is the CEO and CFO, who's main duties are driving the direction of the company, supervising other executives, and overseeing growth plans. They're accountable to the board of directors or stakeholders of the company.
(1) board of director Lamont Ellis who is a close friend of Mr. Daltons. I never found where any shareholder meetings have taken place in the past years. Delaware requires (1) be held every 13 months.
I was told by several this board was nothing more or less than a speculation board, which I find is true.
From my research I found Mr. Dalton hasn't been able to implement anything in ways of helping make UNVC a viable player in the healthcare industry..
This was the reason I left, hope everyone the best in this venture, it never fit into my plans, I needed proven actions, not just talk.
Good luck to all.
