It does a very good job of explaining the product and the technology behind it. It was packaged w/ the General's video testimony, another great video that never gets old to watch again. I still think it is really weird and quirky (not in a good way, either) w/ the characters having no face, hands, or feet. Woke PC gone wild, I'd say. Yuck !!
I enthusiastically agree w/ 3331 in that BIEL could 'change' in the blink of an eye w/ a PR announcing a significant contract to supply RecoveryRx to a gov't sponsored program such as the Veterans Admin. (VA). The bureaucratic swamp is damn near impossible to comprehend and/or navigate. Same for CMMS. By this time I believe we have had enough feedback from the users, the veterans themselves, in regards to the effectiveness of the device. I am thinking it has been overwhelmingly positive. Hopefully, in turn, this will sway the opinion of bureaucrats and decision-makers alike and that is certainly not a 'given' or a presumption on my part. That being said, I am optimistic for a VA contract.
The other possible catalyst would be in regards to 1,000 location provider in the vet/pet market. Not gov't sponsored but a big initial order and highly visible in that the pet owners will see firsthand what the device is and how well it works. With that success the customer will expand the availability to other stores meaning more orders for new stores as well as repeat orders. I am optimistic for this, as well.
Presuming one of the above, I think we would have to have a manufacturer w/ a domestic footprint but an international one, too. Viant fits that role. Relying on cargo containers from China is not a viable option if big orders are coming in and are needed in a timely manner. I still think Viant is very much in BIEL's future.
Hope for the best, Prepare for the worst. Adapt - Improvise - Overcome

All the best, WBeacham

THESE are the times that try men’s souls. The summer soldier and the sunshine patriot will, in this crisis, shrink from the service of their country; but he that stands it now, deserves the love and thanks of man and woman.
