The web is in the public domain, it list the snpw ceo as the Solray ceo, appears they are in the same space as snpw, they promote the product on their website and speculation such as yours exist. Look no further than the speculative post you posted within the last 24 hours.

Financing - no more is known. Suggesting we know more because of something that didn’t happen is silly. The subject is the securing of finance - and we don’t know anymore. I agree it is red.
