Also, If you encounter the company/ceo making false claims or engaging in tortious interference against itself (i.e. not disclosing the forming of another Snpw ceo-led competitive side company (SolRay), including management being promoted known to be representing SPP's business, partners and agreements in place), please let us know.
Together, we can address these issues (tortious interference) effectively with the SEC.
