Did the company lie on Twitter on September 20th when it tweeted it was preparing its 2024 Q1 and Q2 OTC unaudited delinquent filings?
41 days since the tweet promising Q1/Q2 OTC delinquent filings??
6 months delinquent - q1 ??
2 1/2 months delinquent- q2 ??
Someone please tell this ceo to fulfill his fiduciary responsibilities (per the SEC) and get the damn delinquent files filed!!!!!
It’s been 12 months with zero revenue since the last SEC audited filing.
