I don't think resmetirom will increase efficacy to any significant degree. A GLP-1 agonist might boost leromlimab's upregulation of GLP-1 to some extent further reducing liver fat. The combo might not be worthwhile if the increased reduction in fat from the agonist is small, due to the agonist's side effects.

I don't see them being combined in a shot if for no other reason than the volume of a leronlimab shot. At 700mg you already need two shots to keep site reaction minimal.
