What you left out was the fact the company wrote off 3.1 million of debt related to Medrecycler equipment following RI-DEM denial as part of Snpw deconsolidating Medi-Ri and Medrecycler.
Stop leaving out important facts. You left out the fact that Snpw shareholders lost Medrecycler business/equipment assets on the Snpw balance sheet due to the deconsolidation with removing Medi-Ri and Medrecycler.
Then think about who ended up Medrecycler and its assets/equipment? Nobody wants to believe what that means. Especially, enjoying a 3.1 mil write down in 2021 as a public company and still having the assets in hand after the 3.1 write down.
Most don’t comprehend those material events that did not accompany 8-K, but those with the financial forensic microscopes do.
These posts are meant for such people.
That’s why you have to LYAO when druggie promotes less debt than 2021. He knows exactly why. And it’s a bullsh#t case trying to be made.
