Re: Wallstreet1234 #11700
ROFLMAO!
How many false narratives are you going to insinuate tonight.
"The perception of forcing a project upon a city/state etc is never good." The Town of West Warwick approved the project to go forward. The Town of West Warwick held open public meets during the early stages of the process, which were attended by representatives of East Greenwich who did not oppose the project until after RI-DEM gave their letter of intent to approve.
I"sn’t it true that snpw had zero experience in pursuing such approvals for a new technology to be manufactured out of city, out of state?" Isn't it true that after its final review the RI-DEM sent a letter to the SNPW that they intended to approve the project.
.
"The lack of experience in this case was a liability".The engineer of the project was an expert in the field
"signed a lease" It remarks like this that cause some like ricky to doubt your business expertise. In order for a DEM to see if your project will affect a specific location a company nears to secure that location for them to inspect.
Go to the local and audit opinions with the intent of educating and influencing. In the case of snpw, Oh, you mean like open West Warwick Town council meets and West Warwick planning board meets which were open to both the citizens of West Warwick and East Greenwich which the company did starting 2 years before the RI-DEM letter of intent to approve.
snpw likely would have had a chance to address issues if they had experience in these transactions. They didn’t and it failed. You tube video history clearly shows SNPW provided an expert engineer in the field to answer all technical question regarding the project.
Are you the same wallstreet because you don't seem to have the business sense of a former CEO of what it takes for a any state DEM to view a site for environmental.impact.
You :Hey DEM I building a Waste to energy plan so I am applying for an air permit
DEM: OK, where is the location.
You: well I haven't secured one yet , but I still I am applying for one.
DEM: How can we do an environmental impact study if we don't know where the environment impacted is located.?
You: Well I don't want to secure a site until after I have the air permit so that I know I can move my project forward.
DEM: Don't let the door hit you on the way out.
ROFLMAO!
