Again, so no advantage is gained over anyone that was not on the CC. I can't say this strongly enough. All info will be public for all to decipher in their own way. The exact second news is pr'd, all shareholders will have the same opportunity to do as they wish with their shares. I know some are having trouble with this, but it is strictly to keep some shareholders from getting an advantage, perceived or real over anyone else. It is really nothing more or less than that.
