For what it's worth, Dr. Max Lataillade is not working at both ViiV and CYDY at the same time.
I wrote him at LinkedIn and asked. He wrote back:
It is of course true that he worked at ViiV and led a lot of their HIV work, and is perhaps uniquely qualified to bring Leron into the HIV market. He is a terrific asset.
