I love it when others try to play dumb in order to create a false negative narratives
Take the following
"Looking to purchase PV glass without tariff headaches?"
Seems pretty obvious that SNPW is trying to sell PV glass to other solar manufacturers that use foreign components in their Solar Panels. It has nothing to do with the "Made in the US"Solar panels SNPW hopes to produce and sell one day"
"Sourcing from Malaysia, Taiwan, or South Korea for tariff-free imports and smooth supply chains!"
Notice SNPW makes it very clear the origin of the PV Glass.
Then they try to play dumb and repeatedly brings up this tweet
Then ask this question regarding the following tweet as if the two tweets are related. and referring to the same thing
When they are well aware and deliberately LEAVE OUT the company has made it crystal clear that their goal is to build and operate a US Solar Panel and Battery manufacture facility using as much Made in US components as possible.
Misleading by combining two non related topics and consciously leaving out very pertinent information to create false information seems to be a very common theme among a few posting here.

Using American-made solar panels for government solar projects ensures job creation, boosts our economy, strengthens energy independence, and maximizes taxpayer dollars.

Why am I raising this question - because if snpw uses key material sourced outside of the US, as would indicate in a previous snpw tweet (outlined below), it would appear that this wouldn’t meet the FTC requirements as “Made in the USA” - see FTC guidelines below.

As we proceed with our GW solar plant we are working to procure glass from USA suppliers and source machinery to trim and temper our own glass and source USA made aluminum frames and cut to size in house to have as much US content $snpw all the pieces needed

As we pursue our solar panels manufacturing plant we are sourcing as many USA made products for our panel production, we have identified glass made in the USA as well as aluminum extruders. The more US content that can be contributed the better. Putting all together!
