Why would an individual NOT spend their whole day working on audited SEC filings, in the BEST INTEREST of the shareholders, versus taking months and months to satisfy the same individual's self-interests and posting threats on twitter for weeks?
Ask yourself WHY?
Why keep shareholders in the dark by ignoring one's fiduciary obligations deciding to NOT disclose and file with the SEC for nearly a year?
Ask yourself WHY?
Then consider how rare it is even in the world of the OTC. What's being hidden until it's too late after finding out?
This fish started to smell a LONG time ago. And it's not going away.
It's been a very sad display by the company in dealing with its complete failures with sick spending and 100's of millions of stock dilution while unable to generate $1 of solar product revenue.
Please respond if anyone feels the above opinions and facts is not accurate.
