i was replying to biloxiblues who mentioned his friend's left side.
In support of what you're saying, it was his right side hemisphere that had the stroke.
The neurons in his right hemisphere were shut down due to the stroke. Following a brief 1 week interval of rest, the neurons are ready for LL treatment.
LL allows for swift neuronal recovery and the signals may be sent from the brain, thru the motor cortex, into the spinal canal, then thru the ganglions and into the sciatic and femoral nerves as well as into the brachial plexus.
