Adjunct Therapy?
Your List is 90+ disease states, and the cascade of down regulation and sometimes up regulation that you have described to all of us tell us that at the very least LL is not adjunct therapy.
According to your research,, LL is Upstream of PD-1/PDL1. So all of those downstream effects are blocked.
It certainly could be and that’s where the combo trials come in.. But you have never been one to sell this drug as adjunct therapy.
Not trying to lock horns, but I’m definitely trying to understand your post.
