Absolutely mfglola, great video.
Who would have thought CCR5 affects memory.
During stroke, CCR5 is upregulated in the brain where the stroke is.
This sort of shields the neurons after they've been injured from the trauma of excitation. When CCR5 is there, the neurons can recover for a few days without being asked to process.
But if CCR5 remains, unbound or bound by Rantes, the neurons can hardly recover.
It seems that leronlimab is needed about a 5-7 days following a stroke for best results. Delay treatment to allow the neurons to strengthen and then give LL, then gradually allow the neurons to recover.
