Did the ceo sign off on the delinquent SEC filings yet?
4 straight quarterly audited 10-Qs not filed yet starting to look like a more and more significant case of not fulfilling fiduciary obligations.
Don’t ya love the years of claiming so much transparency with so-called audited SEC filings. And now we’re hearing the OTC company filing a 15 to delist doesn’t need to submit audited filings.
