Respy, well said,...I feel as you do,...and as We All know...there is a distinct difference between Negotiations and inking the deal.
We have coalesed a management team and crafted a timeline on many new adventures in science...with more than capable people and institutions.

Many things are happening in unison,...the science is definitely hot...when it is at the boiling point...it will be magical on so many levels. Time is the master here...it waits for no man.
