"I withheld my votes for Tanya."

If you withhold your votes, don't those votes default to what the Company recommends? If the Company recommends to keep her, and you do not vote either for or against, doesn't that mean you just voted for her? I am just asking, because I am not sure. However, that is the rule with just about every other company annual voting.
