Recall the transparent co. supposedly filing audited financials, being so much more credible than the due diligence (keeping them honest) posters?
What a joke!
Filings even state unaudited. Now more unaudited OTC filings in the dark.
Anyone want to have to sign off on snpw audited filings with the SEC in the past year? Going dark probably doesn’t sound that bad does it?
Take advantage of every opportunity to keep shareholders in the dark when the clown car has driven off the bridge. Go hide behind a 15 (12g) until year end when you then have to file with SEC shortly thereafter or lose the registration forever.
In the meantime, buy time coming up with a bashers and trolls campaign soliciting info on message board members and talk subpoenas and police.
Sick at best.
