I see it like you see it, but I think you need at least ART’s and it sounds like the bnabs too To clear out the reservoirs.
Gilead Made their transition to TAF from TDF because you get 90% more penetration of the active part of tenofovir Going INSIDE the cells. The important part they highlighted was that you didn’t have Tenofovir Floating around in excess outside the cell to impact bone and renal issues .
So at least one component of this ”kick and kill” Strategy may be using ART’s To help clean out the reservoirs while you still have 100% RO with LL.
The virus is then cleaned out of the reservoirs, and there are no more virions floating in the bloodstream, looking for a CCR5 receptor to bind to; essentially yielding an effective cure.
