Did the 2024 Q1 and Q2 audited SEC filings, due in May 15th and August 15th, NOT get filled?
And Why NO AUDITED 2023 annual 10-K filed by April 15th?
And Why NOT a single 8-K filing for SPP Australia Pty Ltd importer agreement signed with GEP/Sun Group and SolRay, Inc. and NO 8-K filed for Snpw employees and representatives being promoted on a competitive solar panel and lithium battery company’s website named SolRay,Inc.and NO 8-K Subpoenas filed against the self-described bashers and trolls to prevent due diligence from being shared on message board forums.
