The issue SNPW has isn't with speculative, nor critical posts re their lack of filings and timely updates.
They just recently updated shareholders about the late filings and even set a time frame for completion, if I remember accurately.
The potential legal action being taken is in direct response to the intentionally false and libelous statements being made openly via Social Media sites, and the potentially criminal interference into the business dealings of the company that could lead to cessation of said relationships.
As per usual your post totally ignores the obvious facts to instead disseminate biased Muppet propaganda.
