Did the company fulfill its fiduciary obligations yet by filing audited financials and disclosures with the SEC relating to any seemingly conflicts of interest after 1 year of going dark hiding behind the curtain?
It’s not like everyone would be surprised by 12 to 15 months of ZERO SALES AND REVENUE AND INSTALLS AND DISTRIBUTION AND IMPORTS.
