As nearly as I can tell the trade that hoops was referring to was a straight-up buy of over a million shares, which moved the SP up just under a penny.

Were I CytoDyn the last thing on earth I'd do is a R/S, better to announce a share buyback when the dollars are there from licensing or whatever, then wait for the shorts to try their hijinx, as in "Do you feel lucky today, Punk?"
