Even with the cash We have withstanding...I do NOT expect a R/S...this will Rise organically...
No need for dilution...remember All the players have millions of shares...and Dr. David Welch who has literally been a Lifesaver with fifty Million shares...would Not be a happy camper...to see his investment bifurcated.
