Been 12% this year to meet inflation.
My costs are up over 20% the last 3 years.
Now facing June 2025 and what rent will do. Groceries are up, utilities have sabililized downward a little, Gas is staying at $3.25-3.65 ...70% almost higher than under Trump. Insurance will I am sure climb.
