I suggest you read posts from the last few days and you will see both words have been used on those posts.  Another suggestion or two:  take a day or three off or even better look for a new job.  You won't have your current one much longer.  It would seem that the group of bashers you belong to have failed to bankrupt KMAG, take the share price to trips, or deter new investors from purchasing shares of KMAG.  I doubt that you all will  receive payment for the current contract and don't foresee another one coming based on this performance.  Long and Strong KMAG
