IMO, Solray was created in case Dillion became the site of the US manufacturing facility.
You create a SC business in order to qualify for SC grants and tax incentives.
Like Elba Power corp it is a business in name only to serve a purpose of establishing residency.
If SNPW's US Manufacturing facility ends up looking at another site I am sure that a company will be created in that state as well to quality for the incentives they offer. .
