Re: Evil Rabbit #146940
You bring on Gaginer to help you move to the next level. It could be a Partner, Buyout, or move to a new exchange. If I remember correctly, we have to have a price.
To be listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), a stock must meet a minimum share price of $4.00. Other requirements include:
At least 1.1 million publicly held shares
A market value of at least $40 million for IPOs, spin-offs, and carve-outs
A market value of at least $100 million for transfer or quotation
An average monthly trading volume of at least 100,000 shares for transfer or quotation
Listing requirements vary by exchange. For example, the Nasdaq requires a stock's price to not close below $1.00 for 30 consecutive trading days.
When a stock moves from the over-the-counter (OTC) markets to a significant exchange, it's called an uplisting. Trading on a standard exchange like the NYSE or Nasdaq usually means more trading volume, less volatility, and more liquidity.
I assume who or whatever they see, JL, and partners are getting coached on how best to move. I like what I am seeing.
