Ah, thank you for the explanation -- I guess I read the quote incorrectly...the 5 is just for the safety lead-in? And means that LL will be given in conjunction w/ the other during that safety lead-in, not be just a 'leronlimab arm' for this test.
"The study will include a safety lead-in treating five patients in the 350 mg leronlimab arm..." So that is just for drug interactions, not "safety" in the bigger picture/full trial. 5 still seems oddly small to me for any kind of test, but what do I know...I guess drug interactions would be accurately measured with just 5 subjects. If you're fine with it, and Dr. L. is fine with it, it's fine with me!
