1st and 2nd quarter 2024 filings? Getting prepared how many months later to file?
unbelievable what this company tweets.
coming off zero revenue for 9 straight months with no employees, no office, no assets, nothing shipped out, nothing installed??? what's there to prepare that takes 2 to 9 months to prepare a couple of quarterly filings. any accountant could probably finish the filings before finishing a cup of coffee.
then you need to realize the company's Q3 2024 (ending 9/30/24) 10-Q is due in about a month. maybe they'll start preparing that one next June? lol
maybe the mastermind was so busy setting up a competitive solar panel side co. "SolRay" and that "Basher's Hotline", there was no time left for Snpw SEC filings?
love the reason used for the no audited SEC filings since Nov. 2023.
