Sounds good. If I understand the steps -- 1) get final study design approved before hiring a CRO, 2) then hire Syneos, 3) then get protocol approved -- and the study design has been okayed, you wouldn't think it would take the FDA 30 days to approve the study w Syneos. But if it takes 30 days, so be it.
