Those are just some of the reasons why we must have a strong independent BoD.  The company is at a critical stage of it's young life and we must ensure the candidates are truly there for the best interest of shareholders.  Research and discuss those candidates before the elections.  JBII/We are on the verge of greatness here and a strong BoD is absolutely required.

BoD candidates have to be announced before May 12th or JBI has to hire an outside agency to conduct and present a list of candidates.  Therefore, it is quite likely we will see the candidates announced before then.
