Let's me be clear, I make no legal threats and actually don't care. But as long as the subject keeps erroneously being brought up I am just setting the record straight..

The parties affected by the the action of the two e-mails, Campanella and Moss are claiming to be taking legal action.

Just like you had no idea about a SEC investigation happening (it has been well over a year when you made that threat of certainty it is happening), you have no idea if any subpoenas have been issued to the platforms.

ROFLMAO!, Your ignorance is Campanella is not crying about slander but has SNPW pursuing legal action for tortious interference. And since Campanella and Moss are the two parties that are claiming their business relationship was interfered with by the two e-mails, it does appear that SNPW has a strong case.

The Two e-mails were sent to Moss privately.

*It was Moss that told Campanella about the e-mails.

*It was Moss that told Campanella he feel threaten by the e-mails

*It was Moss that told Campanella that someone fraudulently represented themselves as an attorney claiming to be part of a SEC Fraud investigation.

IT IS MOSS MAKING THE CLAIMS, if Moss didn't tell him Campanella, then Campanella wouldn't even know the e-mails existed or how Moss felt about them. [/quote
