It's quite obvious that some are deficient when it comes to reading and comprehension because its patently obvious that the "promotional" activities they are referring to relates to stock promotions.
What kind of eejit must one be to not understand that a company with products for sale would require persons to market, ie "promote" said inventory. lololsss
