That’s correct JK1, the stock has sunk to the triple zeros on a pre split basis.
Post reverse split, the stock is down from $4 to $1.75, representing over a 50% decline.
If you do the math, PPS $1.75 now = Pre RS $1.75 divide by 4000 is
