You are welcome Junebug.  Good to know that you feel better after reading my post, and the fact that you feel better on Easter Sunday is even better news.

Whatever deal is worked out between North Cal and HIMR, I suspect we can assume HIMR will not be completely gone.  One way the relationship between these two could play out is that HIMR forms subsidiaries to handly different aspects of their business i.e., logging, mining, flood control, oil rig repair, ect.

In my opinion, forming subsidiaries would be a wise move on Hollund's part.  Then, even if North Cal did want to buy that part of the business, HIMR shareholders would reap the benefits and still retain ownership of their shares --- a win, win all the way around.
