I would like to make it very CLEAR to all concerned. I for one am tired of these thinly veiled inferences that things are being done to the detriment of the common shareholders in secret.

1. Everyone on the CC sigined an NDA that prohibited BUYING OR SELLING for 30 days or until news released.

2. No one on the call or I have heard othewise has been offerd FREE SHARES to help the company with promoting the private placement to raise the money for attaining it goals.

3. As stated before, the CC was open to ANYONE to hear about the private placement and any other information. All you had to do was sign the NDA and make the call. This board was alerted to that call taking place several days prior.
