Anything come of these agreements?

Company signed an agreement with PT.IDN Solar to help them build a US solar panel manufacturing facility.

SPPC entered into a 2 year exclusive US distribution agreement with GEP New Energy Co. Ltd., a Vietnamese solar panel manufacturing company.

With respect to the PT.IDN agreement to help build a facility, what is/was the offer, acceptance and consideration in this agreement?
