How I understand, they have 2 exchanges they are launching.
One exchange called Dream Exchange which is currently going through SEC process as we speak and does not need any bill to pass for it to launch.
Second exchange called Venture Exchange but that bill needs the Main Street Growth act to pass without it, it can't launch.
But how I gather only one exchange needs the bill to pass so it can launch.
