Ohm, would you mind sharing your thoughts on downstream effects on T3 and T4?
“Leronlimab would not be synergistic with Resmetirom, downstream effects on T3 and T4 would be similar.”
My basic understanding is these are Thyroid hormones that work on different bodily functions such as body temp, energy levels, weight, etc. Sometimes they work in tandem, and out of balance can wreak some ill. Even out of thyroid into the pituitary gland, brain stem etc. Some diseases associated would be hypotgyroidism, Hashimotos syndrome.
So my request is to explain the effects on T3 and T4 by Resmetirom and Leronlimab. If it’s not too much of a burden. And how these effects might affect MASH results or have implications therein.
Sorry, but I’m missing the significance here.
