Note, snpw stock is down over 50% post reverse split. Roughly 1 billion new shares were created as a result of the split. So, as of the writing of their tweet dated Aug 4, 2024, they have not diluted the new shares. They still have them in their arsenal and can be used as they deem appropriate. That’s likely a perceived risk based on their history of issuing shares. Not sure how they mitigate this risk?

They just hired a marketing team which I would think is, or will be, promoting the company? Seems successful promoting could impact the stock price?

We are not being promotional and not paying anyone to promote our stock.
We are not looking for new investors, and we are working to build our business. Going quite is the only way to avoid unneeded drama for our partners and affiliates as we work on building our company.

Curious, why do you say the above referenced tweets are the two that really matter until proven otherwise. Not sure I understand this statement. Tia.
