You left out the most relavant quote as it may apply to SNPW and it was the opening statement.
While it subsidiary FoxEss (supplier of batteries for solar panels) has been keeping SNPW close even though for 2 years SNPW has not produced one dime for them as SNPW goes around touting they are going to build a US manufacturing facility that will produce Batteries for solar panels.
