and some wonder why the company is flat broke with nothing to show for it after pissing away the mysterious 388K in quarterly SG&A accompanied by horrendous stock dilution. then the "not even necessary at this time " 4000: 1 reverse split.
how did one spend almost 400K in SG&A after putting up ZERO in the same quarter (3 mths) July-August-September 2023??
