probably not too bright by admitting that
you're would get thrown around like a rag doll in depositions. not including all of the closer than "arm's length" as a shareholder and moderator of multiple message boards.
as a moderator, one's personal post activity has gone way beyond "wishing the company to be successful".
the problem with the company and folks like drugman is, whatever complaints they have with the so-called "bashers" is, that the bashers have been right/correct/spot-on/undisputed for many years as the company tanked/fell apart/imploded and delivered ZERO when looking at the stay tuned, coming soon, fully funded, ours and on and on.
if their so-called bashers weren't right, for so many years, the company and drugman wouldn't give 2 craps about the counterpoints and due diligence revealing tweets full of absurdities, exaggerations and flat out lies in some cases. They're all in black and white on this message board.
