IF and I reiterate, IF, SNPW successfully closes on funding/authorization to build a Solar panel/Battery plant (with the firm backing of the Asian heavies, Fox, GEP, SCSolar etc) the current OS will provide insufficient liquidity for the trading frenzy that will undoubtedly ensue.
The options available to SNPW are Dilution (Pinocchio's favorite) and/or a Forward Split (as previously done back in 2010.
Re Dilution, the most likely option, a sharp PPS rise could be experienced simply based on the "hype" surrounding the Plant news and as such SNPW could capitalize on same and raise substantial cash for further development.
As things currently stand, the Ceo has previously stated that the company DOES NOT require additional funding at this time, hence the OS remaining totally unchanged since the RS.
Re a Forward Split, this scenario could also come into play later in the process when the pps has increased substantially, with SNPW being on a more solid footing business wise. This IMO would be the best option for shareholders since in addition to creating additional liquidity, it would also bring the pps into a more manageable trading range from which it could continue to increase as SNPWs plans continue to materialize and develop.
As for now, Im content with sitting on the sidelines awaiting further updates.......and trolling these hapless Muppet on here. lololsss
