I poured about $150 into two pubs in Dublin back in the '90's,
Guinness and Harp were the primary beneficiaries.
I never did grow into a big pharma, but I think I'm holding the magic
beans of a future BP right now.
I do miss the atmosphere of those Irish pubs, though, I couldn't believe
how festive they were, how the beers were constantly passed overhead
while fiddlers played here and there. Pretty brunettes, I noticed them, too.
So if things haven't changed in 30 years, maybe that's the place to
celebrate our return to $10+ per share.
