When Long Covid first popped up I realized it was another form of myalgic encephalomyelitis/chronic fatigue syndrome. It's just driven by different viruses. What will work for one will work for the other. There are no approved drug for ME/CFS or Long Covid. It's possible we're going for ME/CFS because there are fewer trials for that currently and we won't immediately be head to head with Patterson's maraviroc/atorvastatin combo. Although leronlimab would certainly beat that combo, going up against no other drug makes for a cleaner trial.
